Economy- Saxony does NOT receive Bills of Exchange, Crop Rotation, Silver Shaft Mining or Stone Shaft Mining.

Church - Saxony does NOT receive Heresy and Chiliasm. Conversion technologies are enabled for the Teutonic Order.

Town Hall - Saxony receives all technologies at this building.

University - requires Hanseatic League or Kurfürst. Saxony lacks Architecture, the Treadmill Crane, Heated Shot and the Bombard Tower.

Guild Hall - Saxony receives Chivalric Order instead of Close Order Drill.
