The Kriichsman
The Partiefiuchter is the upgrade of the Hobescorene . He is a strong infantry unit with high pierce armor and the ability to heal himself. The upgrade is expensive, but effective. Recovering the Karelsprivileezje will give him a boost of 2 attack, but will also make him more expensive.
As of the current release, this unit is known as the Kriichsman. The name change will be in effect with the next patch,

Commentary/Strategy[]
This unit is, put simply, a killer. Very little can stop an army of fully upgraded Partiefiuchters from destroying an opponent's town. Archers hardly do them any harm (if they still get hit by an arrow, they heal themselves straight away) and melee units that don't possess enough armour to withstand the heavy blow of a Partiefiuchter's sword will be annihilated. Due to their high base attack, the anti ship/lancer bonus now is not necessarily needed, but gives the Partifiuchter the extra punch to break these kind of units in no time. The combination of high pierce armour, high attack and a decent anti-building bonus lets a massed army of this unit become a menace even to castles. That said, however, keep them away from heavy cavalry and anti-infantry units.
Historical Background[]
Friesland in the 14th and 15th centuries was torn in a civil war, with two factions vying for control, the Skieringers and ther Vetkopers. The Partiefiuchter is a term for "warrior" in late medieval Friesland. It's made up of two components, partie (faction) and fiuchter (warrior, fighter). So it actually refers to a soldier from one of the two factions. The development from hobescorene to partiefiuchter is one from freemen denoting their free status through their ethnic hair dress to freemen fighting amongst themselves for power.
