The next step in melee weaponry is Iron Casting, which further improves the blades of such weapons. In order to iron cast, such weapons must first be forged.
The English, however, lack the resources to iron cast, as do the Bohemians, although rumor is that the moderate group of Hussites known as the Utraquists has the technology and will give it to you if you join them.
