England is a civilization within Age of Chivalry: Hegemony . This article only covers England in the game. For history, check out the History article.


Civilizational Benefits[]

  • Militia, Knightly Infantry +10 HP, shorter training
  • Builders work 30% faster
  • Blacksmith archery upgrades 50% cheaper
  • Mercenary Warships benefit from Ballistics (fire faster, more accurately). In fact, they simply use a different shell.
  • Castles have more HP/garrisoning capacity, cost more
  • Has access to the Princely Court
  • Merchants and Trade Cogs return +33% florins (Team Bonus)

Policy Decisions[]

Nobility - allows Royal Knight, +2 attack knightly units, castles 25% cheaper

Combined Arms - allows Longbow and Billmen research, militia +1 attack

Folktales - Peasants' combat skills are increased
